We have a 30 day refund policy on damaged products. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, you will be ineligible to receive a refund. Please add photo / video evidence of your items(s) and any other necessary information with your claim.

Please note if you would like to put in a claim for a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable. Refused shipments will not be issued refunds.

We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
