What is your store's currency set in? 
All our prices are displayed in Canadian dollars by default with the option to switch to USD at the bottom of our site. All currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate when you check out.

What are the stickers made on and are they waterproof? 
All our stickers are printed on standard matte sticker paper which doesn’t allow them to be waterproof. Standard single stickers will have a glossy finish ensuring that it's water-resistant and moisture proof. If it's categorized as a planner sticker, we only recommend you place them in a dry environment such as a bullet journal or notebook. 

At the moment, we do not recommend placing our stickers on areas where they will be in constant contact with water. In the future, we plan to print on higher quality sticker paper coming in both glossy and matte finishes with waterproof properties.   

 
What are the art prints/postcards printed on? 
All our prints are printed on premium heavyweight paper that resembles either watercolour paper or high-glossy finish photo paper. Depending on the art piece, paper details will be listed in the description of the products.

All products are printed with archival inks to ensure that the prints will be long-lasting with gorgeous colours.  
 

Do your prints have a margin/border?
Most of our art prints will have a border. For approximate measurements, they will be placed in the products description.

For our postcards or 4” x 6” photo prints, they will all be printed borderless.
 

How do I take care of my prints and stickers?  
All our products are printed using 10 archival quality pigment based ink to guarantee vivid and luminous colour range to preserve the original artwork. Our prints and stickers are designed to last over 200 years without fading with proper care. To ensure longevity, we recommend not displaying our products in the sun for prolonged periods of time or in contact with high moisture or water.
 

What is your return/refund/exchange/cancellation policy? 
We have a 30 day refund policy on damaged products. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, you will be ineligible to receive a refund. Please note if you would like to put in a claim for a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable. Refused shipments will not be issued refunds. 

At this time we are not able to offer returns, exchanges or cancellations.
