What do you use to package your products?
All packing materials used for our packaging are 100% recyclable and are often made from recycled content. Everything is manufactured in Canada or the United States.

Your items will be placed in an acid free and archival safe plastic sleeve to ensure protection during delivery. Orders will be placed in rigid mailers with the expectation of untracked packages going out within Canada. Those will be placed in a linen envelope to keep shipping costs low.

Is your packaging plastic free?
Our packaging is not 100% plastic free but it is recyclable and made from recycled content. Since we cannot foresee weather conditions during transit, we must use a plastic sleeve to guarantee your products get to you in the best possible shape.

Our plastic sleeves are made of high quality material that is waterproof, will not rip, tear, wrinkle or fog. It is acid and lignin free and archival safe, allowing for optimal delivery and storage for your products.

Are your stickers and labels recyclable?
Unfortunately since the adhesive used on the back of our stickers and labels are acrylic based, it is considered not recyclable. We ask that when you are recycling the rest of our packaging, you take the labels off and place them in the garbage. In the future, we hope to make the change over to more eco friendly labeling.

Feel free to use our contact us page if you have further questions or have suggestions on how we can improve our efforts to be more eco-friendly! :)
