Shipping is calculated using the weight and dimensions of your order. Pricing will be determined at checkout. Please keep in mind, these time frames are not guaranteed as Covid, holidays, weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

All our products are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow up to 2 - 4 business days processing time to prepare your order. Since our products are made from print to order and are hand packaged with love and care, we want to get them to you in the best shape.
Orders will be mailed out via Canada Post unless stated otherwise. For international orders, timing will vary depending on your local post office.
How does the "Pick up (Kitchener - Waterloo)" option work?
This option means that there is no shipping charge and you will have to come pick it up from us yourself. Once the order is placed, we will email you when it is ready and when you are able to pick it up at a designated location. We are located in the Kitchener-Waterloo region.
Customs and import fees:
Import fees may be applicable on international orders.
